📦 Booking & Rental Process

How do I book a rental?
Just add the items you want to your cart, choose your date, and check out right on our website. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, and even earlier for summer weekends and holiday events.

Do you offer same-day rentals?
Not at this time — we need time to prep and plan so your event goes off without a hitch.

How long is a rental period?
All rentals are for a full day by default. We don’t do hourly rentals at this time.


🚚 Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Where do you deliver?
We currently serve Southeast Aurora, East Centennial, Fox Field, and Parker.

How does delivery work?
You’ll choose your preferred delivery time at checkout (between 8 AM and 1 PM). We’ll arrive within 30 minutes of your selected window.

Is delivery and pickup included in the price?
Yes — delivery and pickup are included. No hidden fees.

Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?
Yes. Someone must be home for both delivery and pickup. If no one is available, we’ll wait up to 10 minutes, then move on. A $50 fee may apply for a re-attempt.


⚠️ Equipment Use & Safety

Does equipment require adult supervision?
Yes — a competent adult must supervise all equipment at all times.

Can I use electric equipment outside?
Only if it’s protected from rain and weather, unless otherwise stated in the product instructions.

Can I move the equipment after it’s been set up?
No. Please don’t move anything after setup. Follow the instructions or training provided to avoid damage or safety issues.


💰 Payments, Damage, & Cancellations

When is payment due?
We require a 50% deposit at booking. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery, unless other arrangements have been made.

What is the damage policy?
A 10% damage waiver is included with every rental. This covers:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage (up to $500)

It does NOT cover:

  • Intentional damage (including party-related damage)

  • Damage caused by policy violations (e.g., no smoking areas)

  • Theft or lost items

  • Unreported damage

What should I do if something breaks or malfunctions?
Contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

What’s your cancellation policy?

  • Cancel anytime before your rental day → Full credit for up to 6 months

  • Cancel on the day due to weather → Full credit for up to 6 months

  • Other same-day cancellations → No credit or refund

Note: We do not offer refunds.


🎉 Add-Ons, Supplies & Packages

Can I add an attendant to help run the rental?
Yes! Attendants are available for $50/hr. Let us know ahead of time if you’d like to add one.

Are extra supplies available?
Yes — we include a generous supply with every rental, and extras are available for purchase. If an item has extras, you’ll see them listed in the product description.

Do you offer party bundles or discounts for renting multiple items?
No — we keep all prices individually low so you only pay for what you need.

Do you have themed or seasonal packages?
Not yet — but we’re working on it, so stay tuned!
